1 Consultation / Design Stage
- Initial consultation to discuss the project and the client’s unique vision.
- Determine a clearly communicated work scope.
- Analysis of potential roadblocks and challenges that may arise.
2 Quoting Stage
- The project is poured over in depth to leave no stone unturned in the quoting process.
- Digital on screen take-offs and accurate layouts are used to determine quantities and locations of items.
- Scope of work is then brought into a neatly itemized quote with accurate pricing per category. At this point, we have an accurate estimate of project cost as well as project timeline.
3 Final Details/ Planning & Scheduling
- Any discrepancies from the quoting stage are ironed out.
- Realistic plan is put into place and a schedule is made based on milestones and key performance indicators.
4 Execution
- One of our highly skilled project managers will be briefed on you unique needs and project requirements.
- The site is loaded with the right amount of man power and the work is executed in a neat, organized, clean and timely manner.
